1. How much is your delivery fee?

Chow Time Taxi’s delivery fees range between $3.99 - $6.99 depending on the distance between the restaurant you choose and the location of delivery.

2. Where do you deliver?

Chow Time Taxi currently delivers to zip codes: 27040, 27045, 27051, 27101, 27103, 27104, 27105, 27106, and 27127. However, we are still expanding so continue to check back with us if we do not currently offer delivery services in your area.

3. Is there a minimum dollar amount I have to meet to place an order?

Yes. Your order must be a minimum of $15.00.

4. What types of payment methods do you accept?

Chow Time Taxi accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. 

5. Do I need to tip the drivers?

We ask that you do. Our drivers do not make an hourly wage. Like waiters in a restaurant they make their money on tips. Our drivers use their own vehicles and their own fuel.

6. How do I place my order?

To place an order, you would need to go online to From there you will be prompted to enter your address (the address you would like to receive the order). After entering your address, you will then be directed to our list of restaurants we currently service. After that you can choose the restaurant you would like to order from, go through the menu (picking what you would like), then you will follow the on screen directions to provide payment. When your order is placed the rest is up to us.

7. How long will I have to wait for my order?

Chow Time Taxi’s delivery hours vary from 45 – 90 minutes depending on which restaurant you order from and where you would like the order to be delivered. Most of the time our orders arrive from 10 – 20 minutes earlier than the time allotted. Weekends may take slightly longer depending on how busy the restaurants are.

8. What is happening during the time you place your order and the time your order arrives?

When your order is placed our dispatch team contacts the restaurant and gives them the order 5-10 minutes. Next, our dispatch team dispatches your order to our responsible and professional drivers, which then head to the restaurant for pick up. We allow a 20-25 minute prep time for our restaurants to prepare your order. Again, this could take longer on Friday and Saturday evenings. The order is then picked up and heading to your destination 15-30 minutes.

9. Can I make substitutions to my order?

Absolutely. You will notice while clicking on your menu items, there will be a drop down box for “special instructions”. This will be the place to customize your order.
Ex: A cheeseburger from HWY 55 comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. You do not want the onion. Simply add in the “special instructions” section; No onion.

10. Can Chow Time Taxi’s delivery drivers check my order?

Our drivers are not allowed to check orders to see if they are correct, because of food safety regulations. We make sure that your food is not handled between the time it is packaged at the restaurant until it arrives at your door.

11. What is your refund policy?

We do not offer any refunds. However, we do believe in providing excellent customer service and are willing to correct any problems that may arise.

12. Will Chow Time Taxi’s menu prices be the same as the restaurant prices?

No, our prices reflect an increase .
